We source our box contents from trusted local and regional vendors. Before any order goes out, our team assembles each gift by hand. If something doesn't meet our standard, it doesn't go in the box.

Every gift is delivered directly to the William Pitt Union front desk, where it's held securely for recipient pick-up. No risk of packages going missing, sitting unattended, or getting lost in a mailroom.
Once delivered, your recipient receives a notification that their gift is ready to pick up.
If something goes wrong
We stand behind every order. If your gift arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right. Our resolution options include:
- Replacement of the affected item(s)
- Store credit toward a future order
- Full or partial refund depending on the circumstances
We review every concern individually and aim to resolve all issues within 2 business days.

- Orders where incorrect recipient information was provided at checkout
- Delays caused by university closures outside our delivery schedule
- Perishable items not retrieved within a reasonable timeframe after delivery notification
